Wagyu Teppanyaki @ Tsumura, Valero Street, Makati.
Now why didn’t I think about doing that before?
How can I go back to the steak teppanyaki at Kimpura when I’ve gone to this already?!

So soft like buttah, no need for chewing. It just melts in your mouth. It remains extremely tender and soft even after it’s stayed on the stone plate for like 30 minutes as you’re trying to get all that down your system.
I had deep fried oysters and spicy salmon before that. Needless to say, my tiny gut spewed some of it out.
