Not much to say about Gaudi’s since I’m pretty much a regular. I always get the Chuleton but I vary on the tapas depending on my mood. I got octupus, croquetas and rolled chorizo this time but only took a photo of the octopus as it was the only one not-plainly presented.


Chuleton = 880g, already sliced.

I prefer my meat bloody contrary to most of my countrymen who eat it medium well-well-done (also known as hockey puck to us who’ve worked in the kitchen).

Nice, fatty and juicy just the way I like it, washed down with a glass of Rioja.
